FRAMES
Frames are hand crafted from kiln-dried maple hardwood. Each frame is hand cut and hand assembled to precisely meet the customer's size requirements. Corner blocked joinery is reinforced with double dowels for exceptional stability and strength. The corner blocks are glued, stapled, and screwed into place which provides for the most durable frame in the industry.SPRING SYSTEM
High-gauge steel sinous springs offer maximum support for each piece of furniture constructed by John Lester, Ltd. Each spring is individually placed, secured with clinchers and hand tied 8 ways with a synthetic twine to eliminate breaking or stretching.
